FREEDOM FOR THE ARRESTED PROTESTERS OF THE MARCH FOR THE SHIPWRECK OFF PYLOS

Incidents occurred during yesterday's rally for the shipwreck in Pylos, resulting in the loss of hundreds of refugees and migrants. The demonstration was attended by tens of thousands of protesters. Isolated attacks with Molotov cocktails were carried out by police forces in Stadiou at the height of Kolokotroni Square, in Great Britain in the area of Syntagma and Panepistimiou, pre-election booths of various parties were damaged, while members of Syriza were attacked by anarchists-anti-authoritarians in Propylaia.
On the occasion of throwing a Molotov cocktail at Stadiou, the repressive forces broke up the anarchist bloc with particular ferocity, chasing, trapping and eventually arresting dozens of demonstrators. Specifically, 26 arrests were made yesterday by the repressive forces during the rally for the shipwreck in Pylos, the officials of which the EU and the Greek state wash their hands. Eventually, 19 protesters were charged with felonies under the well-known terrorist doctrine of "collective responsibility" and misdemeanors against 2 of them.
The repressive forces made widespread use of chemicals and threw stun grenades throughout central Athens and also attacked journalists, photojournalists and lawyers.
Solidarity with those persecuted, freedom for all those arrested.
